威泰克ICS-14型高精度電子皮帶秤,采用全懸浮稱重橋架,數字信號傳輸和處理技術,動態累積誤差遠遠小于±0.25%,可達到±0.125%,適用于企業的對內、對外結算或其他對稱重精度較高的場合。
系統組成:
ICS-14型電子皮帶秤主要由四部分組成:ICS-14型稱重橋架(托輥可選),S型稱重傳感器,60-12C型測速傳感器及測速滾筒,進口MT2301及MT2301D或WTC2001型積算器。電源:220VAC,50H功率:50W
稱重橋架:
ICS-14型稱重橋架為四組稱重托輥,全懸浮式結構,無耳軸支點和運動部件。采用矩形鋼管設計,整個稱重橋架具有足夠高的剛性、較小的自重,外表積灰面積達到。
高精度電阻應變片式傳感器安裝于受拉部位,以減少非線形誤差。保證整個系統的穩定性,其維護量極少。兩只橫梁上吊有四只拉式稱重傳感器對稱重橋架提供支撐。稱重橋架為單元組件結構,可方便迅速的進行現場安裝,只需要八只螺栓安裝固定。

System composition:

weighing bridge: ICS- 14 weighing bridge for four groups of weighing rollers, full suspension structure, no ear shaft fulcrum and moving parts. Using rectangular steel pipe design, the whole weighing bridge has enough rigidity, small self-weight, and the surface area of ash deposit is the lowest. The high-precision resistance strain gauge sensor is installed in the drawing position to reduce the non-linear error. To ensure the stability of the whole system, its maintenance is very small. The two beams are supported by a symmetrical bridge with four pull-type weighing sensors. Weighing bridge is a unit component structure, it can be installed on site conveniently and quickly, and only eight bolts are required to be installed and fixed.
